In writing and in drama, what is not said is often as important as what is said. What is out of frame, as important as what is seen. So this week, I invite you to consider what is outside of the frame, as well as what you see. We’ll be using images for all our prompts this week and I encourage you to consider what happened just before the picture was taken? What is happening just outside of the frame? Perhaps even consider using the phrase, ‘What you can’t see is….’, or ‘just after we took this photo…..’
This week, allow the seen to lead to the unseen and the unspoken.
